The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as managing office operations. This is a full time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month.Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day office operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, and other administrative tasks.• Assist staff with various administrative tasks such as research, document preparation, filing and data entry.• Coordinate meetings and conference calls both internally and externally.• Prepare travel arrangements for staff and guests.• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels, ordering supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.• Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times.• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant roles• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Must be willing to relocate to Umm-al-Qaiwain if necessaryWe welcome applications from foreign candidates who meet the above requirements.This job has no reviews yet.
