The ideal candidate is a foreign national with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.Job Details:Position: Office AssistantLocation: Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 1500/monthResponsibilities:Greeting clients and visitors, directing them to appropriate personnelAnswering phone calls and taking messagesPhotocopying, filing, sorting documents, and other administrative tasksScheduling meetings and appointmentsManaging office supplies and reordering as neededPerforming basic bookkeeping, such as tracking expensesProviding general administrative supportConfirming appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining recordsRequirements:Experience in similar roles is advantageousMust be a foreign national with excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all staff levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)If interested, please submit your CV along with a cover letter specifying your salary expectations.
