Office Assistant Vacancy in Al-Khor, Qatar We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner. Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments. Sort and distribute incoming mail, emails, and faxes. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus. Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full time position with a salary of 1,500 $ per month.
