As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This position is open to candidates from various nationalities, including Indians and Africans.Key Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day office operations such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointmentsMaintain and organize office files, documents, and recordsGreet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly mannerManage office supplies inventory and place orders when neededHelp with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entryCoordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaborationHandle incoming and outgoing mail/courier packagesProvide support for events or meetings as neededRequirements:Prior experience working as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferredMust have a valid UAE residence visa or be willing to obtain one with company sponsorshipProficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in completing tasksFriendly attitude with good interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plusIf you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
