Office Assistant Vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAEWe are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.Responsibilities include:Supporting administrative functions within the officeManaging incoming and outgoing mailHandling telephone inquiriesCoordinating meetings and eventsPreparing reports and documentsMaintaining filing systemsPerforming additional duties as assignedQualifications:At least two years of relevant office experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to multitask and stay organized under pressureProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not requiredOpen to considering immigrant applicantsThe salary for this position is 1500 AED per month.
