Office assistant vacancy in Al-Wakra QatarOffice AssistantWe are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and clientsAnswer phone calls and respond to emailsManage office supplies and inventoryPerform data entry and maintain recordsSchedule appointments and meetingsPrepare documents, reports, and presentationsAssist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and bookkeepingCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflowHandle incoming and outgoing mailMaintain a clean and organized office environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusProven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Attention to detail with strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and multitask effectivelyKnowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionSalary: 1600$ per monthAccommodation: Provided by the companyNationality: Nepali preferred but not required.This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in an office setting.
