OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The Office Assistant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and priorihttps://chat.openai.com/ty tasks is essential.ResponsibilitiesAnswering the phone, taking messages, scheduling appointments and responding to inquiriesGreeting visitors, providing information about the organization and directing them to the appropriate personnelAssisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, organizing meetings and eventsTaking minutes at meetings, typing documents and other clerical dutiesMonitoring office supplies inventory and ordering items when necessaryPerforming data entry tasks accurately in a timely mannerAssisting with other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsAssociate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)Ability to multi-task with good problem solving skillsWe welcome applications from immigrants who are eligible to work in Haur-Fakkan.
