The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The Office Assistant will play a key role in providing administrative support to the team.The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, be able to take initiative, and have experience in dealing with customers. They should also be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently.The Office Assistant's primary duties include:Greeting visitors and handling their inquiriesAnswering phone calls and emailsManaging the office calendar and scheduling appointmentsUpdating office procedures and maintaining filing systemsAssisting with data entry tasksSupporting other staff members with administrative tasks as neededOrdering office supplies as neededThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not requiredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of office management systems is desirable but not essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsWe are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1400 AED per month.
