Job Description
Office Assistant, Sharjah, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks and provide general support to the office.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills. We prefer a Pakistani national but nationality is not essential.Responsibilities include:- Answering phone calls and responding to emails- Organizing documents and maintaining filing systems- Liaising with staff and providing assistance where necessary- Handling stock inventory and ordering supplies when needed- Assisting with scheduling meetings and other tasks as assigned- Providing support for office events as required- Supporting colleagues with their daily tasksRequirements:- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Preferably Pakistani national but not essentialThis is a part time position with accommodation available.
