Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant in our Abu Dhabi office. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to work hard and grow with our company. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and direct them appropriatelyAnswer phone calls and take messagesManage mail, emails, and faxesMaintain office supplies and place orders as neededSchedule appointments and meetingsAssist in preparing documents, reports, and presentationsHandle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense trackingTrack office expenses and prepare monthly reportsPerform clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and filingEnsure the office remains clean and well-maintainedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Office Assistant is a plusExperience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredGood command of English (written and verbal)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritizeStrong communication skills and a friendly attitudeAbility to work independentlySalary: $1800/monthThis is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
