<div><p>The Office and Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting all the in-office activities and operational tasks. Following is a list of responsibilities but are not exclusive to the position:</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Logistics and operations coordination</li><li>Coordination with bank, vendors and service providers</li><li>Coordination with SAIF Zone authority for visa and admin related transactions</li><li>Attend Telephone</li><li>File keeping and general office maintenance</li><li>Transaction entries in the ERP system</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Male or Female</li><li>Enthusiastic and self motivated</li><li>22-30 years</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)</li><li>Previous work experience in similar positions</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
