Job Description
The Office and Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting all the in-office activities and operational tasks. Following is a list of responsibilities but are not exclusive to the position:ResponsibilitiesLogistics and operations coordinationCoordination with bank, vendors and service providersCoordination with SAIF Zone authority for visa and admin related transactionsAttend TelephoneFile keeping and general office maintenanceTransaction entries in the ERP systemQualificationsMale or FemaleEnthusiastic and self motivated22-30 yearsExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Previous work experience in similar positions#J-18808-Ljbffr
