About the Company:We are a growing company operating in food & beverage / franchise development / . We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangementsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceCoordinate with internal teams and external partnersMaintain office supplies and vendor relationshipsAssist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking)Support HR-related administration (onboarding documents, leave tracking)Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French/Arabic is a plus)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
