With a dedicated office in Riyadh, SGAL is poised to enhance its service offerings and leverage its extensive experience and next‑generation technologies to drive further advancements in mineral exploration and beyond.We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization and related matters in the government sectors.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectivenessHandle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalismOrganize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for government officials and team membersMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date filing systems, both digital and physical, for government documents and recordsAssist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and briefingsLiaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information exchangeManage office supplies inventory and place orders as neededProvide administrative support to senior management and team members as requiredEnsure compliance with government portalsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred)2‑3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in government servicesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ArabicKeen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksDemonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesProblem‑solving skills and ability to work independentlyKnowledge of office procedures and equipmentUnderstanding of Saudi Arabian government services (preferred)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAdministrativeIndustriesTechnology, Information and InternetLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kanz by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
