We’re now looking for a<strong>Real Estate Development Relationship Manager</strong>to represent our projects, engage with clients, and drive sales.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects</li><li>Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations</li><li>Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales</li><li>Proven track record in selling off-plan properties</li><li>Established network of 150+ agencies&brokers</li><li>Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle</li><li>Available for immediate joining or short notice</li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Atara Development?</strong></p><p>At Atara, you’ll be part of a passionate team shaping some of the region’s most exciting developments.
