The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine from grape harvesting to bottling.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire wine production process from grape harvesting to bottling.Work independently and take responsibility for all aspects of winemaking.Maintain meticulous attention to detail and work efficiently under pressure.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proactively solve problems that arise during production.Communicate effectively with other departments and customers.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in oenology.Demonstrable knowledge and skills in winemaking and viticulture.Independent, detail-oriented, and organized.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Accommodation is not provided.
