Oenologist

Oenologist (English Speaking)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAENationality Preference: Pakistani or MalayaleeWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oenologists to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an English-speaking Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine from grape cultivation to bottling.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting quality control tests on grapes and wine samples- Monitoring and maintaining fermentation processes- Developing and implementing production plans to ensure efficient wine production- Collaborating with viticulturists, winemakers, and other team members to ensure high-quality wine production- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed- Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulationsRequirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oenologist- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)- Experience in grape cultivation, fermentation, blending, and bottling processes- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience level- Free visa sponsorship and air ticket provided by the company- Accommodation NOT provided (candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements)- Equal opportunities for both men and womenIf you are passionate about wine production and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
