Oenologist

Oenologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Pakistani or African candidates preferred)Our winery in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our wines from grape cultivation to bottling. You will need to have a strong knowledge of viticulture and oenology techniques, as well as a keen palate for tasting and evaluating wines.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of wine production, from grape selection and harvesting to fermentation and agingEnsure quality control throughout the production processConduct regular tastings and evaluations to maintain consistent quality of our winesCollaborate with the winemaking team to develop new blends and improve existing productsStay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our winemaking processTrain and supervise junior staff members in oenology practicesRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Oenology or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in wine production, preferably in a similar climate as Abu DhabiStrong knowledge of viticulture and oenology techniquesExcellent palate for tasting and evaluating winesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamGood communication skills in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Swahili are a plus)Must be able to work without accommodation provided (local candidates preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
