Oenologist

Part-Time Oenologist for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position is suitable for Indian nationals and requires experience in the field of winemaking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wine production and will be able to assist with various tasks such as grape selection, fermentation, blending, and bottling.Responsibilities:- Assist with vineyard management including pruning, irrigation, and pest control- Conduct regular quality control checks on grapes and wine during production process- Monitor fermentation and make adjustments when necessary- Collaborate with team members to create blends that meet desired taste profiles- Conduct lab analysis on wine samples to ensure quality standards are met- Maintain accurate records of all winemaking processes- Assist with bottling and labeling of finished productsRequirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in winemaking or related field- Degree in Oenology or similar qualification preferred- Knowledge of different winemaking techniques and processes- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)- Willingness to work part-time hours on a flexible scheduleThis position offers accommodation for the selected candidate.
