Oenologist

OverviewOenologist - Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking an experienced oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in the production and analysis of wines, and will have excellent communication skills.We highly prefer applicants who have experience working in the wine industry or who are Indian nationals, however this is not a strict requirement.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of wine production and analysis, including grape selection, fermentation control, and barrel aging.Lead sensory evaluations of finished wines and ensure that they meet quality standards.Interpret analytical results accurately and follow up with corrective measures when necessary.Have knowledge of different wine styles and grape varieties.Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders within the organization.Work a flexible schedule and be prepared for long hours when needed to carry out duties effectively.QualificationsExperience in wine production and analysis; strong communication skills.Preferably experience in the wine industry; Indian nationals are preferred but not required.Ability to interpret analytical results and implement corrective actions.Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
