We work on complex multi-company environments covering accounting, manufacturing, retail, HR, NGOs, and integrations with external systems.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Odoo Backend Developer to join our technical team. The role focuses on developing and customizing Odoo modules, implementing business logic, and maintaining high-performance ERP environments for multiple clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo frameworkCustomize existing Odoo applications according to business requirementsDesign and implement models, business logic, security rules, and automated workflowsBuild and optimize ORM queries and ensure database performanceDevelop and maintain API integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, etc.)Work with Git repositories and follow CI/CD workflowsDebug and resolve Odoo server errors and performance issuesCollaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in code reviews and maintain clean, well-structured codeRequired SkillsStrong experience with Python and the Odoo frameworkGood understanding of PostgreSQL and database designExperience with Odoo ORM, models, views, security rules, and automated actionsFamiliarity with XML, JSON, REST APIsExperience with Git / GitHub workflowsUnderstanding of Linux environments and Odoo deploymentAbility to debug server logs and resolve RPC / ORM errorsPreferred SkillsExperience with Odoo.sh or CI/CD pipelinesExperience with multi-company and multi-currency Odoo environmentsKnowledge of Odoo accounting and business workflowsExperience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, e-commerce, APIs)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of Odoo development experienceWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on large international ERP projectsExposure to complex multi-company business environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
