Together, we form a cross-functional powerhouse that is driven to deliver.This role is with the ARRISE group.Requirements:Work experience: at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry;Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry;Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.);Exceptional communication and presentation skills;PC skills;Advanced English speaking;Work under pressure;Responsibilities:Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix;Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players);Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision;Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company;Collaboration and cooperation;Ensuring the functionality of the studios;Other operational activities.What We OfferAccommodation will be provided by the companyMeal program (One Meal per shift)Join us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle!#J-18808-Ljbffr
