We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.Job DescriptionPlan and implement safety and health program and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health;Management of Ambulatory, such as equipment, tools, internal/external exams, schedules and budget.Provided first aid to employees seeking health assistance and/or employees that had injuries.Assisted employees during hospitalization and monitored the progress of health conditionSupervise and review the work of eventual outsourced Nurses to ensure adequacy of service/standards are met and policies are carried out. Contract management for Outsourced Nurses.Conduct regular campaigns and communication for accidents prevention.Administrative functions such as budget preparation and controlParticipation in HSE WGs meetings & HSE Committees;Follow up action plans;Ensure all employees are communicated with weekly Toolbox talk.Carry out Ergonomic Analysis for operational activities and conduct actions to close identified gaps.Carry out regular inspections on the field, reporting, proposing and following up actions;Carry our risk assessment for equipment and tasks.In a daily basis, register in the system all the medical cases and other events. Maintain a system to register Incidents, Accidents and Actions;Academic BackgroundDiploma in general nursing.
