Registered Nurse - Marina Clinic (OBGYN, Derma laser)Job DescriptionThe Outpatient Department Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients attending the outpatient facility or clinic. Responsibilities include recording patient histories, performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and developing patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as required, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of evidence-based care.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a high standard of evidence-based care to patients.Adhere to Dubai Health Authority guidelines and all relevant regulatory standards.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on an ongoing basis.Provide regular and accurate updates to patients and their relatives, ensuring communication is sensitive and easy to understand.Support patients, caregivers, and families by involving them in the care process where appropriate and providing health education to promote healthy lifestyles.Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, ensuring dignity, privacy, cultural, and religious beliefs are respected.Uphold high standards of care across all outpatient services.Perform any additional duties reasonably assigned by the organization or line manager, even if not explicitly listed in this job description, to meet operational needs and support specific objectives of your department and organizationComply with all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, legal requirements, and applicable regulations at all times, and take personal responsibility to read, understand, follow and keep updated with the latest versions.Avoid and report any actions that may cause financial loss, reputational damage, or breach of trust to the organization, including fraud, dishonesty, or misrepresentation, which may result in disciplinary action, termination, and legal liability.Maintain confidentiality of all organizational, patient, client, and employee information in accordance with policies and laws.QualificationsUAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Degree in Nursing (minimum two years course duration) And Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.Hasworked in hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years in the speciality OBGYN / Dermatology laserResuscitation Certificate as per the specialty& Demonstrable ongoing and active Continues Personal Development (CPD)Supports quality patient care by showing empathy, maintaining patient dignity, and following proper protocols.#J-18808-Ljbffr
