O&M infrastructure Engineer - Linux OS

ResponsibilitiesEnsure all RHEL systems comply with vendor recommendations and security best practices.Ensure adherence to NCA and NIC cybersecurity regulations.Contribute to OS lifecycle planning, upgrades, and decommissioning.Install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain RHEL server systems and RHEL Clusters (RHEL 7, 8, 9).Perform daily operations support including installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus protection, and resource observation.Manage PACEMAKER clusters.Support SAP, SAPHANA, and SAP4HANA environments running on RHEL.Review system logs and OS behavior to proactively identify and address issues.Build strong working relationships with ERP, application, DB, and web hosting teams for support and maintenance.Manage and maintain monitoring agents (SCOM, AppDynamic) and management agents (SCCM).Create and maintain technical design and operational documentation.Manage user/group account creation, maintenance, and policies.Raise and manage RedHat support tickets including troubleshooting, log collection, and follow‑up.SkillsStrong Team Management Skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.Excellent problem‑solving skills.Strong documentation skills for design and operational processes.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
