O&M Contract Manager | Gas Distribution | Jobs in DubaiSalary: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per monthJob DescriptionOur client, a leading company in the gas distribution sector, is seeking an experienced O&M Contract Manager to oversee and manage operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts. The successful candidate will review project progress, coordinate with project managers, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The role requires a minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in O&M within the gas distribution industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of O&M contracts related to gas distribution projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and standards.Collaborate with project managers to review project updates, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met according to timelines and quality standards.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of O&M projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any contractual issues or adjustments needed.Identify areas for improvement in contract execution, implementing best practices and ensuring cost‑effective solutions.Monitor contract budgets and manage resource allocation to meet project and contract requirements.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in all O&M activities.Prepare and maintain contract documentation, reports, and records to support compliance and project tracking.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.2‑3 years of experience in operations and maintenance (O&M) within the gas distribution industry.Proven experience in contract management, with an understanding of contractual obligations and O&M processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers and stakeholders.Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail.Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards related to gas distribution.Preferred QualificationsCertification in Contract Management or Project Management.Prior experience in gas distribution projects in the UAE.Familiarity with industry‑standard O&M practices, including safety protocols and compliance.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary of AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.Tax‑free salary in Dubai, UAE.Opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic industry.To ApplyPlease fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.#J-18808-Ljbffr
