The successful candidate will lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage a multidisciplinary team in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient workflow.Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff across departments.Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.Ensure compliance with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations and JCI standards.Manage staffing schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation.Conduct staff performance evaluations and training programs.Implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.Collaborate with physicians and hospital management.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing.Valid UAE Nursing License and registration with relevant health authorities (DHA, DOH, MOH).Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and quality standards such as JCI accreditation.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance improvements.Proficient in healthcare information systems and clinical documentation.Commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centered care.Education & LicensingBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibilityExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of nursing experienceAt least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial roleHospital experience is requiredSkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of UAE healthcare regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 20,000 – AED 40,000 (depending on experience)Health insuranceAnnual leave and air ticketEnd-of-service benefitsCareer development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
