Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2)

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in early childhood education and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework, creating a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.</li><li>Implement in-the-moment planning and a child-led learning approach.</li><li>Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.</li><li>Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development.</li><li>Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development and learning progress.</li><li>Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the nursery team to support daily activities.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery / Early Years Teacher.</li><li>Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS framework.</li><li>Experience with child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
