Nursery Manager

OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager for a well-established nursery in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in early years education, team management, and regulatory compliance. This role requires someone with excellent organizational and leadership skills who can ensure the smooth running of the nursery while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory standardsLead, train, and support nursery staff to deliver high-quality early years educationDevelop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activitiesManage enrolments, parent communications, and ensure strong parent partnershipsMonitor child development and maintain accurate records in line with nursery policiesHandle budgeting, reporting, and resource management for the nurseryPromote the nursery within the community to attract new enrollmentsRequirementsCACHE Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education (mandatory)Immediate joiners preferredPrevious experience as a Nursery Manager or Senior Nursery SupervisorStrong knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) frameworkExcellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage staff and build effective parent relationshipsFluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)Job TypeFull-timeApplication Question(s)Do you have a Cache Level 3 Certification?Are you able to join within 2 weeks?#J-18808-Ljbffr
