Nurse with DHA/DOH License (construction site)

We are looking for a qualified Nurse with DHA / DOH License to join our team at MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C!As a Nurse on a construction site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce. You will be responsible for providing medical care, first aid, and health education to our employees while complying with safety and health regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and medical assistance to injured or ill employees at the construction site.Conduct regular health and safety assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate health records and report any incidents or accidents according to company protocols.Educate employees on health and safety practices, including injury prevention and awareness.Assist in the planning and implementation of health promotion activities and wellness programs.Coordinate with local healthcare facilities for referrals and follow-up care as needed.Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and company policies.RequirementsValid DHA / DOH nursing license.Previous experience as a nurse, preferably in a construction setting.Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and workplace health and safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and potentially hazardous environment.Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary;Official UAE employment status;Comprehensive medical insurance coverage;Note: If your resume aligns with our requirements, our recruitment team will reach out to you for an initial interview.
