Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, supervise junior nursing staff when required, ensure compliance with MOPH regulations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and international best practices.Perform advanced patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications, IV therapy, injections, and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and accurately document clinical findings.Assist physicians in medical procedures and emergency interventions.Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide BLS/ACLS support.Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.Supervise and guide junior nurses and support staff.Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with MOPH regulations.Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care.Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews.Ability to handle high-pressure environments and emergency situations.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.Minimum 5–7+ years of clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or industrial setting.Experience in ICU / ER / Industrial / Corporate clinic is an advantage.Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred).Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).Ability to handle high‑pressure environments and emergency situations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
