Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing their health status, developing and implementing care plans, and continuously monitoring their progress using clinical skills and judgment.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols to promote patient safety and effective recovery.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records accurately and timely to maintain comprehensive patient information and facilitate continuity of care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and protocols that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay current with nursing practices and healthcare advancements.SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in pediatric nursing.Spanish nationality (mandatory requirement).Valid nursing license (home country and/or local licensing authority as applicable).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.Experience in hospital or pediatric clinic settings.BLS/ACLS or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.Ability to work flexible shifts if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
