This will involve assessing patient needs, developing plans of care, administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, observing changes in patient condition, consulting with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans, maintaining accurate medical records for each patient, educating patients on self-care strategies, responding promptly to patient requests or inquiries and upholding professional standards of practice.
