Headquartered in Dubai with a presence in the UK, we proudly support healthcare providers across the UAE and the broader Gulf region.Role DetailsRole: Home Care NurseSpecialisms Required: Palliative Care, Geriatric Care, Post-Operative, Gynaecological or End-of-Life CareLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEHours: 4–5 days per week | 12-hour shifts | 216 hours per month (18 shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights)Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to AED 9,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience)Benefits Include:Private healthcare22 days paid annual leaveAnnual flight ticketEnhanced overtime payFully funded in-house and external trainingSummary of ResponsibilitiesYou will be providing essential nursing care to patients in their own homes—supporting individuals who are elderly, recovering from surgery, recently discharged from hospital, or living with serious illnesses.Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering daily care and emotional support to patients and their familiesMonitoring and evaluating patient conditions and treatment plansAdministering medications and managing wound careLiaising with doctors and medical teamsSupporting patient recovery and comfort critical life stagesAdvocating for patient needs and preferencesQualifications & RequirementsGender: FemaleEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in NursingExperience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experienceLicensing: Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) licence. DHA-licensed candidates also welcome if eligible to transfer to DOHLanguage: Excellent verbal and written EnglishLocation: Candidates must already be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate from elsewhere in the UAESpecial Preference: Applicants from a Pakistani background are highly encouraged to apply.
