This role is ideal for early‑career telecom professionals seeking hands‑on experience in a managed NOC environment.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for first‑line monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of Nokia IP and RAN systems. You’ll handle alarm management, fault resolution, and basic configuration tasks while ensuring high network availability. The role requires strong analytical skills, basic IP knowledge, and the ability to work in a 24×7 rotating shift environment. Candidates must be currently based in KSA and ready for immediate onboarding.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to network alarms across Nokia IP Core and RAN systemsPerform basic troubleshooting and elevate unresolved issuesSupport configuration and maintenance of wireless nodes (BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB)Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely fault resolutionMaintain logs and generate incident reportsRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Engineering1–3 years of experience in NOC operations or network monitoringBasic exposure to Nokia IP or RAN productsUnderstanding of IP networking and LTE architectureFamiliarity with CLI operations on routers/switchesStrong communication and coordination skillsWillingness to work in 24×7 rotating shifts✨ Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with multi‑vendor environmentsExposure to OSS/NMS platformsBasic scripting knowledge for automationFamiliarity with fault management toolsArabic language proficiencyRecruitment Pro TipTo stand out, highlight your hands‑on experience with Nokia IP/RAN systems, and include examples of fault resolution or alarm handling.
