NOC Engineer – Bridge Infra (Dubai)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to manage all No Objection Certificate processes for a major bridge construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate with relevant authorities and utility service providers to secure timely approvals ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities (e.g. RTA DEWA Etisalat DU DM etc.) for bridge construction and related infrastructure works.Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers to track NOC progress and respond to feedback or additional requirements.Review design drawings and ensure all technical information required for NOC submission is accurate and complete.Follow up on application status and expedite approvals through continuous communication with concerned parties.Maintain a tracking system for all NOC submissions approvals rejections and re-submittals.Ensure compliance with local regulations standards and specifications throughout the NOC process.Collaborate with the design planning and construction teams to incorporate NOC-related requirements into project timelines.Attend meetings with stakeholders including consultants and authorities to resolve NOC-related issues.Support in obtaining road closures traffic diversions and work permits where necessary.Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline with 0 - 2 years of experience in NOC coordination preferably on infrastructure or bridge projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of Dubais regulatory landscape and procedures related to infrastructure development including familiarity with submission platforms such as Dubai RTA eNOC system.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and utility layouts.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Additional Information :Must have a valid UAE Family BookRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
