NOC Coordinator

To handle NOC coordination with Abu Dhabi authorities and utility providers while also preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings to support project design approval and execution requirements.NOC CoordinationPrepare submit and follow up on NOC applications with relevant authorities (ADM ADDC DOT Etisalat Du TRANSCO ADSSC Civil Defense etc.).Liaise with consultants, contractors and government departments to secure timely approvals.Track and monitor the status of submissions ensuring approvals are obtained within project schedules.Maintain a database of submissions approvals drawings and correspondence.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority standards codes and regulations.AutoCAD DraftingPrepare update and revise AutoCAD drawings (civil electrical and mechanical) for NOC submissions and project requirements.Convert engineers designs and markups into detailed technical drawings.Coordinate with project engineers to ensure accuracy in drawings for authority submission.Maintain drawing libraries and ensure version control.Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.QualificationsITI/Diploma Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.35 years of experience in NOC coordination with Abu Dhabi authorities.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) with ability to prepare technical drawings for authority submissions.Additional InformationStrong understanding of utility layouts (electrical telecom water drainage etc.).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Valid UAE Driving License preferred.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
