Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts including front desk, housekeeping and securityConduct night audit procedures and maintain accurate financial recordsManage and motivate the night shift team ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standardsHandle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests promptly and professionallyMake critical decisions independently to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfactionImplement and enforce safety and security protocols during night hoursCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesPrepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to day staffMonitor and optimize night shift efficiency and productivityAssist in training and developing night shift team membersEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policiesQualificationsProven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in hotel management software preferably OperaIn‑depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry standardsAbility to work night shifts and maintain a flexible scheduleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCalm and composed demeanor with the ability to work well under pressureCustomer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceFamiliarity with safety and security procedures in a hotel settingBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
