NIGHT AUDITORS

We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee HOSPITALITY operations during the night shift and ensure the accuracy of our clients financial records.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the front desk overnight, including check-in/check-out processes.Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.Balance room charges, taxes, and other financial transactions.Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the night.Prepare end-of-day reports for management.Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, etc.).Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth handover and continuity.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role preferred.Knowledge of accounting principles and hotel front desk operations.Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality training or degree is a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
