NIGHT AUDITORS

We are currently seeking a responsible detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee HOSPITALITY operations during the night shift and ensure the accuracy of our clients financial records. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk overnight including check-in/check-out processes. Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports. Balance room charges taxes and other financial transactions. Address guest inquiries requests and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the night. Prepare end-of-day reports for management. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using hotel software systems (e.g. Opera PMS etc.). Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth handover and continuity. Requirements: Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles and hotel front desk operations. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible to work overnight weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality training or degree is a plus).
