OverviewNight Auditor (Malayalee/Egyptian National Preferred) - Doha, QatarWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and settling accounts on a nightly basis. This is an ideal role for a Malayalee or Egyptian national who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.ResponsibilitiesGreeting and welcoming guests upon arrival;Checking guests in and out;Updating guest reservations;Handling guest inquiries and requests;Maintaining guest accounts;Processing payments and ensuring that all payments are accurate;Preparing daily reports of all transactions that have taken place during the night shift;Ensuring that the front desk area is clean, neat, and organized at all times;Performing regular security checks around the premises.QualificationsFluency in English is required for this role.Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Previous experience working as a night auditor is preferred but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
