OverviewNight AuditorA reputable hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for accurately balancing and reconciling hotel guest accounts and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift.ResponsibilitiesConduct audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.Manage and maintain guest accounts, including posting charges, payments, and adjustments.Prepare financial reports for management review.Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Monitor hotel occupancy levels and make necessary adjustments to room rates.Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.Process payment transactions including credit card charges, cash payments, and room charge adjustments.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the shift.Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the night.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. A degree in accounting or related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel setting.Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in using hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.Excellent communication skills in English.
