The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the night shift and providing exceptional customer service to guests.ResponsibilitiesConduct all nightly audit-related duties including reviewing and compiling financial reports, reconciling credit card transactions, and balancing accountsAddress any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient mannerPrepare and distribute daily reports to managementMonitor and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shiftAssist with the check-in/check-out process for guests as neededCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the nightProvide excellent customer service at all times, handling any issues or concerns promptly and effectivelyKeep accurate records of all financial transactions during the night shiftRequirementsPrevious experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programsStrong mathematical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
