Newgen BPM developer

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Newgen BPM developer for our UAE operations.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.Experience with web development technologies (preferential).Willingness to learn BPM and other automation technologies.Knowledge of current technological trends in the software development industry, such as OOPs and multi-tier architecture.Knowledge of system integration issues.Should have adequate programming skills and proficiency in JAVA, JSP, Servlets, EJB, SQL/Oracle, J2EE or other JAVA technologies.Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Friendly, easy-going, clear-thinking, flexible and adaptable to work schedules.Effective verbal and written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, perseverance, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork.Must possess the attitude to deliver solutions First Time Right.Technical SkillsJava, JavaScript frameworks, BPM (added advantage), SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), Visual Studio .NET 2015 and later.Educational QualificationB.E/B.Tech. – CS/IT/MCA, M.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.Joining Time Frame2 weeks (maximum 1 month)LocationNewgen BPM developer • Dubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
