Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute the property’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth across all business segments. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results. This is a rare opportunity to join our founding team for the upcoming launch of our luxury lifestyle destination in Abu Dhabi.What you’ll doDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments, including corporate, leisure, events, and group bookings.Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities in line with the property’s brand and positioning.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize promotional activities and yield strategies.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to inform decision-making and monitor performance.Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Support the pre-opening team in establishing standard sales processes and protocols.Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or lifestyle sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.Knowledge of hospitality sales systems and CRM tools.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.What’s in it for youLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare, competitive salary, and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make, and thrive at workThe opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed, innovative culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
