**Only Immediate joiners OR not longer than 30 days’ Notice Period**Job DescriptionThe Senior Network and Security Administration Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s network and security infrastructure. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking, Infoblox IPAM/DNS/DHCP, and Veeam Backup solutions. The engineer will ensure the availability, performance, security, and resilience of enterprise networks and backup systems, providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage OCI networking components, including VCNs, subnets, gateways, route tables, security lists, and peering configurations.Oversee on-premises networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and firewalls.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies.Ensure high availability, scalability, and redundancy across network systems.IP Address Management (Infoblox):Administer DNS, and DHCP solutions for accurate IP address allocation and management.Maintain updated network documentation, IP inventories, DNS zones, and DHCP scopes.Implement Infoblox policies and integration with cloud and enterprise systems.Security & Compliance:Implement security policies and best practices across network and backup infrastructure.Monitor for vulnerabilities and threats, applying patches and preventive measures.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.Provide technical leadership to junior network and security engineers.Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate network and backup solutions.Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic planning.Provide onsite support for critical issues, escalations, and operational decisions.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of network, backup, and security configurations.Prepare reports on network health, backup status, and incident resolution.Ensure operational knowledge transfer and mentoring of team members.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience with OCI networking (VCN, subnets, security lists, gateways).DNS/DHCP management.Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and network security controls.Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or similar) preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, OCI Certified Architect/Networking, Infoblox Certified Admin, Veeam Certified Engineer.Familiarity with cloud security, hybrid environments, and enterprise compliance standards.Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Career@flint-international.me ensure the position name is included in the subject line.#J-18808-Ljbffr
