Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, and internet connectivity across offices and showrooms. Ensures stable, secure, and high-performance IT services to support business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and showroom internet connectivityConfigure and maintain network devices (firewalls, switches, access points)Administer servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualizationInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (servers, PCs, laptops, printers)Ensure reliable internet connectivity for offices and showroomsProvide Level 2 IT support and resolve infrastructure issuesApply security best practices and system updatesMaintain basic documentation and hardware inventoryManage hardware lifecycle: procurement support, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning#J-18808-Ljbffr
