Job Description

Job Description As a **Endpoint Security Specialist** at WTW, your role is crucial to maximizing the operational performance of WTW services and maintaining a strong secure posture. You will be accountable for supporting complex issues, controlling policy & compliance, and supporting change activities. Your primary focus will be ensuring the technical success of network services within the WTW environment in a Tier 3 capacity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Excellent hands-on experience on Endpoint Security technologies like McAfee, Microsoft Windows Defender. - Define Endpoint Security requirements, standards, policies, and procedures for Customers. - Provide central management of Endpoint Security and enforce integration of Endpoint Security functions by using shared policies. - Optimize endpoint security solutions to adapt to any changes in the Customer's network. - Collaborate with the compliance team for any new AV exclusion requirements. - Scan all Customer endpoints for malicious software and take corrective actions. - Continuously keep up-to-date malicious software definitions on all Endpoints. - Manage day-to-day management, operation, and delivery of the Endpoint technologies. - Implement change and troubleshoot incidents spanning various Antivirus vendor products. - Implement change and troubleshoot incidents on Anti-malware solutions. - Work with OEMs to fix AV-related issues on priority. - Plan and execute new upgrades effectively over Management server as well as on all the endpoints globally. - Adhere to the ITIL service management framework. - Create process documentation SOPs. - Prepare configuration documents. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology strongly preferred, or relevant industry experience in a related field. - Minimum 10 years experience in the IT or Telecoms industry. - Network Security management experience. Firewall, Proxy, Prisma Access, Cisco ISE. - Experience of Operations - Incident, Change & Problem Management principles. - Technical/professional qualifications: Palo Alto network security qualification, Cisco CCNA & ITIL 4 Foundation. Azure Fundamentals advantageous. - Experience in working in a collaborative environment. - Strong conceptual and creative skills. - Ability to blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills for refining existing concepts or developing new approaches. - Ability to enable changes in the business processes and work cooperatively with stakeholders and peers is essential. - Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding. - Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
