Innovis Holdings Pte Ltd (Innovis Telecom Services Group) The Managed Services Operstions Head / Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of telecom managed services contracts, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue realization. This role owns P&L / revenue targets, manages customer relationships, and leads multi-disciplinary technical teams across Field Operations / NOC.
