This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing foundational (L1) support for the SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks, with a specific focus on Cisco ACI and F5 load balancing technologies. This role operates on an 8x5 schedule with on‑call responsibilities, focusing on monitoring, initial fault management, incident registration, and escalation to senior support teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the performance and health of the network utilizing Cisco ACI and F5 technologies, proactively identifying and addressing issues as they ariseDeliver first‑level support for network‑related incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on operationsWork in collaboration with engineering teams to facilitate the deployment and management of network configurations and policiesRegularly analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionalityRecord network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance purposes and future referenceSupport network security by monitoring and addressing potential threats or vulnerabilitiesKeep informed about best practices, trends, and technologies pertinent to application networking and monitoringActively monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management, including basic isolation, restoration, and notifications. Log issues identified through monitoring or reported by other teamsEngage in remediation activities according to established support guidelines and SOPs. Create, assign, and aid in the resolution of daily Level 1 incidents. Document known fault types in the knowledge baseAdhere to all essential operational processes, including fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control. Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting basic network issuesCollaborate closely with the monitoring tools team to optimize and contextualize infrastructure alarms. Communicate complex issues and escalations to Level 2/3 engineers for resolutionRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field1‑2 years of experience in network monitoring or support roles, preferably with Cisco ACI and F5 technologiesAbility to work 8x5 and provide on‑call support. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures (SOPs). Good communication skills for escalating issues and collaborating with teams.
